Tony, the team and Zoom Zoom including Eric the owner have been amazing to work with. I’ve never seen such thorough service that Tony provided when he came out. We have been putting off getting a new AC but knew we were due, so decided to use Tony and Zoom Zoom. Tony came back over and went over all the options and was easy and professional without being pushy to work with. Tony is frankly just a trust worthy guy, you can pick up on it instantly.

The day of the install came and Tony met the team out there as did the owner Eric as well. We had a minor issue and Tony was back on site at 11 pm that same night, came back the next day and corrected what was really a flaw from the builder how the ducts were constructed and did a great job again. Tony was on time and took his time to do a thorough job.  It wasn’t rushed and I didn’t feel pressured or “hustled” as businesses typically are in South Fla. So far, I’m very pleased with Zoom Zoom. Tony came out to check my system, and as I figured, found a lot of errors, that the previous company I had used, had done.
